Name the product and describe what you expected, what happened, and the browser or device involved. For a billing question, include the account email and Stripe receipt identifier if available—but never send a full card number.
Please do not email sensitive files
Do not attach passwords, authentication codes, tax exports, brokerage statements, wallet addresses tied to your identity, private keys, seed phrases, identity documents, or unredacted financial records. The support inbox is not an upload channel for Switchboard or Tax Pre-Cleaner.
Technical issue reports
Describe the affected hostname, observed behavior, and reliability impact without accessing another person's data or disrupting the service. Flintglade will use the information to reproduce and correct the issue. Do not include another person's private information.
Research corrections
Include the page or entry URL, the exact statement, the primary source that supports a correction, and the relevant publication or observation date. Flintglade distinguishes a factual correction from a later update.
