FLINTGLADE PRIVACY NOTICE / 13 JULY 2026

Privacy, product by product.

This notice describes common practices across Flintglade. A product-specific notice controls where a product handles additional data or gives more precise retention details.

Information handled

Cloudflare and the hosting layer process ordinary request information needed to deliver and operate the sites, such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, response status, and browser metadata. Infrastructure and operational logs are limited to troubleshooting, service integrity, and reliability.

Some products store game records, settings, or assessment progress in local browser storage. Account-enabled products may process an email address, handle, password hash, session identifier, preferences, purchase status, and synchronized records. Payment card details are handled by Stripe; Flintglade applications receive the identifiers and status needed to provide the purchased feature.

Analytics products and this company site

This company site uses a dedicated Google Analytics 4 web stream with measurement ID G-28FS0FH5CG to understand page views, scrolling, navigation paths, outbound-link and file-download interactions, site search, approximate geography, referral source, and general browser or device characteristics. The Google tag sends request and event information to Google and may set first-party analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. In the site's tag configuration, advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization are denied; Google signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled; ads data is redacted; and interest-group storage is disabled. Flintglade does not send account identifiers, uploads, payment details, or custom user properties from this company site to Google Analytics. Browser privacy controls, content blockers, and cookie controls may limit collection. See Google's Privacy Policy for Google's handling of data.

The company site does not load the Flintglade Analytics tracker. Flintglade Analytics customers separately choose whether to install its cookieless tracker on their own sites. That product processes limited event and request data as described in its privacy notice and methodology.

Uploads and generated files

Switchboard and Tax Pre-Cleaner process files that a user deliberately submits. Their files are handled for the requested conversion or reconciliation job and are not used to train models or build advertising profiles. Users should never upload passwords, seed phrases, private keys, or material outside the tool's stated formats. Generated downloads and job records are short-lived as described in each tool's notice.

Third-party content and services

Athletikos may retrieve sports information and display third-party media, including YouTube content. Flintglade Markets retrieves information from providers identified in that product. AI Compendium links to independent primary sources and may send opt-in account messages through its named email provider. Opening third-party content can cause that provider to receive browser and request information under its own terms. Account and paid-feature flows may redirect to Stripe-hosted pages.

Advertising

At the date above, Flintglade does not load third-party advertising tags on its public products. If advertising is introduced, this notice and the affected product notice will be updated before ad tags are enabled. Applicable visitors will receive required choices, and advertising will remain excluded from uploads, private results, accounts, reports, checkout, payment, and every Athletikos route.

Choices and deletion

Browser-only records can be removed with the product's reset controls or browser site-data controls. Signed-in users should use product account controls where available. Requests concerning account data can be sent to the address below; enough information may be requested to verify that the requester controls the account.
